Our company was established in 1998 after the end of nearly 150-year tradition of operating of Nový Bydžov sugar refinery. Shareholders are inland natural persons. Our priority is to build up a small prospering company with business activities,
that will mutually complement each other.

Our main activities are machinery-works, agriculture services and business.
